Before starting Careers in Motion, Laura was the managing director of client services with Crenshaw Associates, a boutique career management firm for CEOs and senior executives. At Crenshaw, she coached executives from more than 20 billion-dollar organizations through all aspects of behavioral assessment, development of personal marketing plans, and job search execution.
