Careers in Motion works on an hourly fee basis with no minimum commitment. This flexible pricing structure makes it easy for you to have access to your career coach for as little or as much time as you need. Fees for certain personality, aptitude, or similar assessments are separate and will be discussed in advance. Please contact us directly for further pricing specifics.

Careers in Motion focuses exclusively on career coaching to help individuals find and pursue their ideal career paths. We offer guidance to clients at all stages of their careers. Our services include:
- Career Strategy and Planning
We know from experience that you are more likely to be successful in achieving your goals and avoiding pitfalls if you have a career blueprint and if you think strategically when making career decisions. Our process seeks to help you strike the right balance between having and following a career plan and taking advantage of unexpected opportunities that come your way.
We always start with “what do you want to do?” If you don’t have a clear answer, Laura Hill will help guide you through a process to help you understand your passions, aptitudes, personality and interests, culminating in a list of decision criteria. She will then help you map your this criteria to real career paths and jobs and assist you in documenting your personal career plan.
We encourage our clients to be proactive in managing their career. We view career management as an ongoing process of growth, redirection and adaptation to the marketplace, rather than as a single destination. Thus, we encourage our clients to do a set aside some time annually to take stock of their career and update their plan.
