Services

Careers in Motion focuses exclusively on career coaching to help individuals find and pursue their ideal career paths. We offer guidance to clients at all stages of their careers. Our services include:

  • Negotiations
Some people just aren't good negotiators or don't feel comfortable negotiating their own job offer. Our experience has shown that even experienced negotiators tend to forget to use their skills when they are the subject of the deal. Whatever your comfort level is, Careers in Motion can help you negotiate with confidence, skill and diplomacy in a style that leaves all parties feeling friendly. Laura will help you secure the best possible offer from your future employer and identify benefits, perks, or accommodations you might not have thought of. She can arm you with the perspectives on what other companies are doing and help you assess equity-driven compensation packages.
